The Bishops' Conference of Taiwan are inviting us to reflect, to share and to pray in a special way on the phenomenon of migration. Something that has affected in Taiwan since 1992, when the Government of Taiwan has allowed the entry of thousand and thousand foreign workers from Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia. We see them working in construction sites, factories and houses. On Sunday they gather in parks and open spaces. As a Christians we cannot remain indifferent, we are challenged by the word of Jesus: "I was a stranger and you welcome me". Let us ask the Spirit of the Lord to Open our eyes and our heart and get personally involved in the service of our migrant brothers and sisters.
