Searchcam The searchcam is a camera and microphone attached to a long boom. It transmits images to a detachable video screen. Cameras can be lowered into cracks and air pockets to find buried people.
Hydraulic lifters Rescuers inflate hydraulic lifters to lift heavy rubble, creating an opening through which they can extract trapped people.
